1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

When registering a ko1234 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must provide:

You may register only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances. ko1234 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, payment methods, device fingerprinting, and IP addresses.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party
• Notify ko1234 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public computers
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered as an additional security measure
• Not allow any other person to use your account or access your account credentials

ko1234 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions and gameplay.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ko1234 is committed to preventing money laundering, fraud, and underage gambling. As part of our regulatory obligations, we require all players to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide:

5. Withdrawals & Processing

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ko1234 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion. General bonus rules include:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before withdrawal. For example, a bonus with 30x wagering on Rp 100,000 requires Rp 3,000,000 in total wagers before the bonus and associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) may contribute only 10-20%. Check specific bonus terms for contribution percentages.

7. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games on ko1234 are governed by specific rules displayed within each game. General gameplay principles include:

• Random Number Generation: All slot games, video poker, and casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. Outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ko1234 and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ko1234 services
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from service interruptions or technical errors
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect account credentials
• Third-party actions including but not limited to payment processor delays, bank processing errors, or internet service provider outages
• Software errors, bugs, or malfunctions that may affect gameplay, provided we act reasonably to rectify the error once discovered

ko1234's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six-month period immediately preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.

Force Majeure: ko1234 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, telecommunications failures, power outages, government actions, or pandemics.

If you remain dissatisfied with our resolution, disputes may be escalated to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service or mediator acceptable to both parties. Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to reach an amicable resolution.

All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ko1234 operates, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that jurisdiction.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

ko1234 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to:

• Failure to provide accurate information or complete KYC verification
• Engaging in any prohibited activities listed in Section 8
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players
• Extended period of account inactivity (12 months or more)

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all remaining balance. Accounts with zero balance will be closed within 7 days of your request.

Upon account closure, you must cease using ko1234 services. If your account is closed for breach of terms, you may not register a new account. Attempting to circumvent an account closure will result in immediate closure of the new account and forfeiture of any funds.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ko1234 operates its licensed services. By using ko1234 services, you acknowledge and understand that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and that it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of ko1234 complies with applicable local laws in Indonesia.

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of ko1234 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the licensing jurisdiction. However, ko1234 reserves the right to bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where you reside or where a breach of these terms has occurred.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
